Yes, points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. To remain active, you must earn or redeem points.

Your Glowgetter Rewards™ points will be added to your new Even Tone Elite rewards account. The number of points, however, will be lower because now you earn one point for every dollar you spend instead of receiving 5 points for every dollar you spend. But don't worry; your points are still valued the same in our new program structure.
Points can be redeemed on the Even Tone Elite Rewards page once you are signed in. Just scroll down to the How To Use Your Points section. In addition, you can redeem a coupon code or product while checking out your order (Even Tone Elite coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes). To redeem Even Tone Elite Rewards points or products, you must make a purchase of $5.00 or more.
As of June 13th, 2023, all existing Even Tone Elite rewards members will be automatically enrolled into Glow Guru. To move to the second tier, you must spend $150 within 12 months. To access the third tier, you must spend $250 within 12 months. Purchases made before June 13th, 2023, are not eligible to be calculated toward your tier status.

If you sign up and add your birthday at least 30 days in advance, you will receive your reward via email on your birthday. If you sign up and your birthday is less than 30 days away, you must go through a 30-day waiting period from the date you set your birthday for fraud prevention measures.
No, we cannot refund or exchange any of your redeemed gifts. However, if you receive an item damaged, please contact our Customer Experience department at support@urbanskinrx.com, and we will replace them.
You will see your 400 points added to your account once your friend places their first USRx® order using your referral link.
Points earned for purchases are earned once your order is fulfilled. Points earned by following us on social media or your birthday are added once the action is completed or your birthday has passed. Points earned for retail purchases, attending a virtual consultation, sharing a before & after or sharing social content will be manually added to your rewards account up to 72 hours after verification. Yes, you can earn 1 point for every $1 spent in any brick-and-mortar retailer in the last 30 days. Just upload your receipt to your account; your points will be added once your receipt is verified.
You have up to 30 days after the date of purchase to upload your retail receipt. USRx® reserves the right to deny receipt if your photo upload is unclear and will ask you to resubmit.
Yes! We just need the store details, date and timestamp to verify your purchase and the line items showing the USRx® products purchased to be legible.
Your Aesthetician will add your points after your virtual consultation is completed. Please ensure your account is active before attending to prevent any delays.
